Kyuka
Welcome to Kyuka, “vacation” in Japanese, a spacious and relaxing house combining modern convenience with an Asian design influence. From the living room you can see an expansive meadow stretching from a picturesque wooden fence on the hill, past a cypress hedgerow, to a view of waves crashing on the rocks. Separated from the living room with sliding glass doors is a media room where family members can entertain themselves without disturbing conversation in the larger room. The large, well-appointed kitchen has extensive granite countertops where several cooks can work at the same time and seating at a breakfast bar adjoining the dining room. All major electrical appliances are new, and a washer, dryer and ironing board are available in a separate room.
The living room opens onto the deck, where you will find a hot tub, a propane barbeque, and a table for outside dining. Steps lead out to the Bluff Trail and two adjacent beaches, as well as the nearby Ohlson Recreation Center and pool.
On the ground floor, each of the three spacious guest bedrooms has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with entirely new fixtures and dual sinks. The fourth bedroom, upstairs, functions as a multi-purpose room with two twin beds on wooden platforms, a TV, and two huge beanbag chairs for the kids. A bathroom adjoins it, as does a small study which provides a private place if someone needs to work.
Linens are provided in the home. 2 car garage available for renters.. Children of all ages are welcome….. Pets are not allowed.
